plonk: shaken, not stirred - swizzle stick cocktail
I'm leaving the wine market this week to focus on a fun that might be more rare: cocktails.
What is this picture reminiscent of a bright pink drink full of umbrellas and cherries, or, perhaps, a gentle gentleman in a tuxedo who drank a martini, basically the cocktail is a mixed drink that tastes different from the ingredients used.
From simple Mimosa (
Orange juice and champagne)
To dangerous alcohol Charleston (
There are 6 different types of liquor).
If you want a cocktail at home then you need some supplies.
These can find a decent one.
License, although you will find the most basic things in the local supermarket.
Wine: Scotch, vodka, bourbon, brandy, gin, sweet and dry.
More exotic are seasoned liqueur such as strawberries, blackberries, raspberries, cream and coffee.
There are also Rum, Green sharetz, menty, cassis and Curaçao.
Few in the word have managed to turn into alcohol.
However, it is better to stick to the basic principles and then pick up the less commonly used wine according to your needs.
Blender: the use of a blender is usually larger than alcohol, so it's always a good idea to store it before a party.
Mixed drinks include juice, soda, tonic, pomegranate, ginger ale and other soft drinks.
Fruits, flavors, and other things: these are pieces that are added to the drink and can sometimes be a little too enthusiastic-poking your eyes out with a paper umbrella does make a difference in your enjoyment of the cocktail.
Fruits include lime, lemon, cherry, cocktail olives-and onions!
Half the tasteand-
Half, bitter, Tabasco sauce, sugar, salt and pepper.
If you really want it, the decor in the cocktail can include paper umbrellas, swi poles, toothpicks (
Olives and cherries)
And a mixing stick.
Equipment: of course, you need a wine mixer, preferably one with a filter on the lid. A shot glass (usually 1. 5 ounces)
If you don't want to make a mess, a plate and a knife, a teaspoon and a few glasses of wine.
Mixer is useful for soda and other high alcohol drinks
The creation of calories, but is not necessary for basic cocktails.
I can also recommend a comfortable place to sit down and enjoy your drink-the poolside bar in the Bahamas, but your living room will push one.
Star's drink: When I first tried the cocktail, I wanted to make the cocktail I saw in the movie.
Once I realized I didn't like the people I started to expand to a wider range of options.
However, for those who want to know how to mix martini for James Bond or Bloody Mary for Marilyn Monroe, please read on.
Half an ounce to an ounce of dry martini, add an olive. 1.
Five ounces, three ounces of tomato sauce.
5 oz lemon juice 1 dash Worcester County pan 1 dash celery salt1 dash Tabasco sauceShake well with ice strain into a short, 8 oz1. Month ounce vodka4.
5 ounces of freshly squeezed orange juice and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice in a high-ball glass (10 ounce)
Stir with ice.
1 ounce of vodaka 1 ounce of coffee.
Pour 5 ounces of fresh cream or milk into a high-ball glass filled with ice and stir.
These are just some of the classics you'll see in the movie, and of course there's more.
Here are some of my favorite cocktails that are simple to make and easier to drink.
If you are interested in learning more about cocktails, or collecting more recipes, then I suggest you pick up a few books on the subject --a good off-
The license may even sell one or two on its own.
I would recommend the art of the Rooster by Philip Collins (Chronicles books)
Or "atomic cocktail: modern mixed drink" by Karen Brooks (Chronicles books). 1.

To prepare the glass, rub the edge with a lemon peel, then salt it and shake off the excess.
Add a little lemon or lime. 1.

2 oz brandy 1 oz light rum3 oz apple juice.
5 ounces of lime juicing 1 teaspoon of dark Jamaican wine, add ice cubes, squeeze into a 10 ounce high glass, float dark rum on the surface and add a piece of lime.
Handy tip: Float an ingredient on a drink, or layer the cocktail, just pour the ingredient on the back of a teaspoon about half an inch higher than the surface of the drink.
Bottle for one week: Selected Shiraz-1995 of Goundrey Reserve (around £15. 99).
Good wine with very strong taste.
From the first Cup to the last, the complex fruity taste is different.
It is very delicious with pepper steak or other spicy food.
